Friendly, professional and great work
We first started working on replacing our existing hot tub with Kylie at Dolphin Pools & Bullfrog Spas when we were in town in February. We are upgrading the hot tub at our vacation home and were able to continue to work with Kylie from our full time home in PA based on the information she provided while we were there and that she continued to provide once we were back in PA. Great customer service from our initial visit to the delivery. We had a unique location for our tub that was not accessible via crane or standard delivery methods and were about to work out a solution. The jet pack testing allowed us to pick out the specific jets that worked best for our needs. The overall aesthetics of the tub look very nice compared to others. Its great to support a local company and even better when they offer a superior product.
Sales process was great, willingness to work with the customer to do what is right, and to identify exactly what we want. Now, we are anxious to watch the process unfold and have the pool built in our own back yard.
