WARNING – DO NOT BUY this spa from them. In October of 2023 we purchased the Bull Frog A series spa through the sales guy at the Costco from Dolphin Pools and Spa in SLC for almost 15K. It is complete garbage or perhaps we were sold a lemon. First of all, it was so poorly designed that they had to do a new chemical tray behind the seat because it was burning through chemicals too quickly. Once they have sold the tub, they are very inconsistent and unreliable with service. We brought up an issue with a broken panel on our hot tub in August 2025 and were told a replacement piece would be ordered under warranty. I called in October since we hadn't heard anything and the part hadn't even been ordered in August. Easy to work with and friendly! Could be slightly more prompt with communication.
Austin & Kylie did a great job making a not repair to my hot tub. Good communication and the focused on the problem until it was fixed!
Bullfrog Spas in SLC and their sales rep, Kylie Rolfe, are very professional and the new spa and Covina cover are awesome.
