Very friendly people. The only place you should go if buying a spa or pool.
The people are really nice, but the service is pretty awful. I brought a brand new M series and I have had nothing but issues with it, bad build quality, cracks from shipping, lights have gone out in it. What is worse, you cannot rely on them to remember that you have open service requests with them. The crack I had to keep calling them to remind them to fix it. This company is a disaster. We've been working with them for 6 months on a single issue. We get kicked worker to worker, they lose records from their technicians, they lose the photos we send, and somehow they never know what we need even though we call every two weeks. We just called again after they failed to send a tech up in a guaranteed 2-3 week window (it's been three weeks since that promise) and were told it'll be another 2 weeks until someone can be here.
