Kylie has been very good to work with. She’s very knowledgeable about the spas and we all enjoyed visiting with her.
I needed some work done on my hot tub and they came out and did a diagnostic and gave me a quote over the phone and emailed it to me for the repairs. I paid that upfront and waited a few weeks for the part to come in. After the part came in they replaced it and fixed an issue a few days later. 4 months later they charged my card for more than the original quote without any notice or information.
