This has nothing to do with their pool installation skills, but since he was in a company truck when he did this, it counts. Dude almost hit us driving on hwy 98 while merging into traffic. Like literally put his front end less than 3 inches from our window. Then proceeded to ride our bumper, right in front of cops and emergency people at an accident. If this is how dude acts in a tense and careful situation like that, I would be careful asking them to work on your house.
Fantastic all the way around! Our pool and hot tub are gorgeous, the staff was amazing and everything was just perfect!
Would rate them 10/10 for sure!! We are so pleased with every aspect of our pool building process. The customer service by Jimmy and staff exceeded our expectations. They all worked so hard to make our backyard our oasis! We appreciate Jimmy and staff making every detail perfect for our yard!

Dolphin Pools installed my pool 4 years ago, and I’m still just as happy with them today as I was back then. Recently, I noticed air in my pool pump and reached out to them. Jimmy, the owner, personally came by, found the issue, and fixed it—at no charge! That kind of service, even years after installation, is rare these days. I’m so glad I chose Dolphin Pools.
