I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Dolphin Pools . From our first meeting to the completion of the pool, Cheryl and Jimmy exceeded our expectations. They thoroughly listen to us and expertly guided us along the way and communication was very easy with fast responses. We absolutely love our pool. The craftsmanship is top-notch. I have nothing but praise for them and every single one of their employees that worked on our pool.
This has nothing to do with their pool installation skills, but since he was in a company truck when he did this, it counts. Dude almost hit us driving on hwy 98 while merging into traffic. Like literally put his front end less than 3 inches from our window. Then proceeded to ride our bumper, right in front of cops and emergency people at an accident. If this is how dude acts in a tense and careful situation like that, I would be careful asking them to work on your house.
Fantastic all the way around! Our pool and hot tub are gorgeous, the staff was amazing and everything was just perfect!
Would rate them 10/10 for sure!! We are so pleased with every aspect of our pool building process. The customer service by Jimmy and staff exceeded our expectations. They all worked so hard to make our backyard our oasis! We appreciate Jimmy and staff making every detail perfect for our yard!
We give them 10 ⭐️! From our first meeting in the office with Cheryl to Jimmy coming out to start planning our dream pool, it was a FANTASTIC experience. Jimmy and his staff are very knowledgeable, hardworking, kind and professional from beginning to end. We never had to worry about when they were going to arrive or finish.
