The biggest mistake in my life is hiring this company to do our pool. Everything was a disaster. They damaged our driveway when they did our pool. The pool deck looks faded and has a lot of cracks. The plaster was so rough that my daughter had cuts whenever she swims. The system doesn’t work most of the time. The spa and pool doesn’t heat up. Got the much needed filters for vita spa.
As you may know during the covid pandemic new pool construction went through the roof! I called multiple pool builders in the Sacramento area with some, (sac pool pros) telling me they wanted 1,000 dollars just to come to my house for a quote. The pool builders that did come to my home were giving me ridiculous quotes when they found out I had minimal (less than 6 feet) side access. In came Oscar with Dolphin Pools and Spa. 5am banging and hammering on a pool they are building in my neighbors backyard. No concern for people sleeping or for the neighbors around them. They were addressed and they just kept working like they could care less
