They don't respond when you leave phone or text messages. Promise to send a replacement within the week then when they don't they don't respond to communication. Left us waiting for weeks only to not respond again. Have had to go elsewhere.
Dolphin Pools replaced our sand filter. They were professional from the first contact responding promptly, the detailed quotation, subsequent communications and installation by Stuart. The best pool company I have used in the last 42 years.
