I wish I could give 0 stars. We dropped off our pump and they said they would have their mechanic take a look at it. Two weeks went by, no phone call. We called numerous times for an update. Finally when we called the third time, they said the mechanic hadn't had a chance to look at it because he's been "busy on jobs" but that it "looks like it needs extensive work, and we might need a new one". I had my liner replaced through Dolphin and I can’t be more happy with the service, communication and the care that I received. Replacing a liner is very stressful and trusting the people that do it for you is huge. Highly recommend !
