I wish I could give 0 stars. We dropped off our pump and they said they would have their mechanic take a look at it. Two weeks went by, no phone call. We called numerous times for an update. Finally when we called the third time, they said the mechanic hadn't had a chance to look at it because he's been "busy on jobs" but that it "looks like it needs extensive work, and we might need a new one".
