We needed to have the water removed power washed and acid washed and the water replaced. Marko Mitrovic our representative and construction manager made it go beyond smooth, and they did amazing work. He communicated at all hours to coordinate any details as we had a couple concerns and came to the site to oversee the successful completion of the project which required very tight work process monitoring from one stem to the other. We’ve had a fantastic experience with Dolphin Pools. Roman and his team took over maintenance of our large, complex pool this year and quickly identified several issues that had been missed, fixing many of them at no extra cost. Roman is extremely responsive, personally supervises the work, and is always available when needed.
