My first year using Dolphin pool for my pool opening and cleaning and I'm impressed. They're very professional and very thorough.
The Dolphin Pool Services technicians did a great job with the pool's opening, arriving on time and following all special instructions like storage of the cover and powerwashing of the deck. They started up the pumps, cleaned up everything, and locked the gate when they left. I can highly recommend Dolphin.
You all do an amazing job when it comes to caring for our pool. From opening, cleanings, closing and winterization. The care you have had for our pool and pump, has allowed us to enjoy our pool to the fullest. Thank you for all of your support!
Changing Pool Service Companies after many years with prior provider (who closed). In researching and wanting to support a local company I found Dolphin (and with recommendations from 2 neighbors). Although we have not actually had any service performed yet, the process to get a proposal for open/close and bi-weekly visits was smooth, professional and friendly. Questions were answered and our contract is detailed so as to understand what to expect as the Pool Season evolves.
I’ve been with Dolphin Pool since I moved into our home 5 years ago and this review is well over due!!! They always deliver! My first encounter was with Roman he cared for us like his own family.. his team always satisfied us on every visit very professional and courteous! Looking forward to another great season and many many more to come!! I highly recommend, they are the best in the DMV.
