A very expensive lesson and no work performed! I called them about a leak, plumber came out, looked around. Told me it would be $90 a hour plus parts, he turned off power to well and started, apparently well was not working properly. water still flowing. He charged me $165.00, 75.00 service call + 90 labor, no receipt given. I have called back several tmes no response, save your money and call someone else!

We just had our home constructed and have our water from a well. The water was atrocious with extremely high iron and bacteria. We had to have a well water filtration/salt softener system and UV installed. It has been a nightmare getting someone to come out and complete the install. Not with Dolphin Plumbing...I called, got an appointment and the day of install I received a phone call when Dan was on his way. He showed up on time and got started right away. I will never call another plumber again. Dolphin Plumbing exceeded my expectations. I had the pleasure of having Justin as my plumber. He was so knowledgeable and patient with me. His work was thorough and impeccable. He really goes above and beyond! After little to no guidance from a previous company, Justin helped me get the right parts for the job and even called the day before to ensure they were received so he could do the work.
