A motor home is a huge purchase and the staff at Dolphin made us feel at ease from start to finish. Spoke with Josh on the phone offered my swift kon-tiki motorhome he told me he don’t buy tri- axle. I told him it’s not a tri- axle. It’s a four wheeler told me wouldn’t be interested in that either. I don’t know. Seems a bit strange. Be very careful when selling them something if they’re not interested in one of the best vans on the road, obviously there’s something a bit strange I hope it wasn’t my Irish accent bad thing to be prejudiced
Excellent Service! Josh wasn't pushy and delivered everything he said he would. The technician that showed us around the Campervan was really knowledgeable and friendly. Everyone I spoke to at the company had excellent customer service skills and I am now the very proud owner of a wonderful used campervan.
Excellent all round from Josh and Steve in Southampton, plus really helpful advice from the teams at their ‘show’ in the New Forest. As first time buyers we struck lucky! After sales is proving to be as good as Sales, with nothing being too much trouble. Plus always a nice cup of tea whilst you wait.
