The nurse that takes the vitals was so rude to me. My blood pressure was sky high. She was so uncompassionate. She didn't like my "answers " and was so mean...I didn't need that when I was already anxious and experiencing blood pressure issues. She actually SLAMMED the door when she left me to wait for the Dr. I just left. No one even asked why or anything. They could care less. Disappointed. Because they are near where I live .
I can not understand the prior reviews...for the life of me!!! My experience was EXACTLY the opposite! I have accompanied my husband and mother, to Dolphin Medical, to see Dr. Nora Abadir, PA-C....for many months now. Every experience has been great. This was the first doctor to have actually read all of the application paperwork "prior" to seeing us. Dr. Nora is very thorough, extremely dedicated and her follow-up is "off-the-charts awesome"! I wish i could give them 0 stars.This place is HORRIBLE. Having moved to the area they were one of the closest places for me to go. I called to schedule a visit to have my vitals checked and get refills for my prescriptions. They had me fill out all of my info on their web page, pretty common right? They have everything they need to know about me from me plus a release to get my info from my previous Dr. So far so good. I schedule the visit and show up. My Doctor moved out of state in June and I obtained my medical records and went to Dolphin and established myself as a patient with Nora (my wife's doctor) We discussed my medical records and she asked if I needed a refill of my 0.25mg of Alprazolam. I told her no, that I had enough until September. I made an appointment for September.
