Very nice staff and Melissa was excellent kind down to earth and listens
Since Brandie left this place has gone downhill. Brandie was amazing and very passionate about her patients and finding answers for them. She would call me to check in when I was sick and the meds weren't working to see if the new script was. She would do everything she could to fit you in the same day so you didn't have to go to urgent care, just all around awesome. Now that she's gone, if I try to get a same day appointment for an illness, I'm met with irritation and hostility from the receptionist for wanting a same day a... read more

I just had my first appointment. Amy is AMAZING. I felt like I had a voice in my appointment and I was heard! You can’t find that just anywhere. Amy took her time with me, listened to me through everything. I had the best experience possible. Thank you Dolphin Hills staff for making me have the best experience. The front desk ladies are so kind and the phlebotomist is so funny! I found my forever doctor, and I couldn’t be more grateful.
Other then wait times after all it is a doctor's office they run over on appts amy is great finally found a doctor that listens to me
