Update: 2/4/20 - Have continued to try to contact Perry without acceptance of calls and no returns. I have (again) visited the office and could hear people inside but could not get anyone to answer the door. I have begun the process of contacting authorities to get my money back. Terrible co. Steer clear!
We paid for a custom glass shower 4 months ago and still have not had it installed. The owner does not respond when contact (text, voicemails, etc). There has been zero communication and we are not waiting on a refund from our bank as we can not longer contact the owner. Horrible service.
