It was a bit crowded but a cool experience nonetheless. They are very cautious not to overfeed and to generally treat the dolphins well. Especially after hearing the history of how this came about and their conservation efforts you can't really argue against the ethics of it either. We got to see a baby dolphin up close! So cute.
Don’t worry about long queues, everyone will get a chance to feed the dolphins. It’s $15 for entry, or $20 if you want the feeding experience included. You start lining up at 7pm for a quick intro, then queue again at 8pm after washing your hands before feeding. Overall, a pretty decent experience!
Beautiful staff, attentive and friendly. We arrived at 7 am and we were told there was no more feeding availability (50 fish per dolphin) however a lovely staff member explained there was big chances of more dolphins arriving. There was 4 at the time, we waited one hour and sure enough a mama dolphin with her calf arrived!!! We just loved feeding the dolphins and had a great family time.
$15 each to view the dolphins from about 10 meters away, bit of a scam. Considering how much this joint is taking it, things should be far better. There is zero communication about not being able to go down to the sand when viewing only.
Really disappointing experience. We waited in line for an hour and a half, only to be told we could get tickets once the dolphins came back. Staff then told us we’d be able to go first because of how long we’d already been waiting, but that never happened. We were completely ignored while other people were let through ahead of us. In the end, after waiting longer than everyone else, we didn’t get to go at all. Poor organisation and very frustrating.
