A dead rat, rotting garbage in the laundry room by the trash chute that oozed all over the floor, a fire to the extent the building had to be evacuated, and a fat blonde trying to break into my mailbox. Rude, awful neighbors! Construction noise year round, sometimes until 10:40pm, when it's supposed to stop at 5 pm. Good luck if you live here!
