A truly 5 star experience, the staff was super knowledgable and treated the animals with respect. Great ,informative interactive sessions are offered for all ages. Our family of 4 had a fun time. Of course, we were plotting later that night how we could free them :) JK
The facility needs a face lift. Its old and far from professional in appearance. We opted for the Encounter due to the fact we have three under 5 year old children. Booking was easy, as was paying! On arrival at the requested time the desk was empty, no notification of when someone would be there and no welcome. After a while, we were approached and asked to fill in the necessary forms and have our temperatures scanned. My first time swimming with the dolphins, unforgettable experience!! Staff was so nice and helpful, definitely recommend and for the price! so worth it!! overall it was awesome:)
Very disappointed! I paid 3 packages of $149 each one with “ photos included “ and I never received the fotos ! I been trying to contact them through the hotel , email and management phone number and nobody answers our appointment was on 08/01/2020 and I’m still waiting 🤦♀️
