This review is for Bryan, the owner of the Dolphin Car Washes who refused to repair the damage his business inflicted on my car: I just wanted to let you know that I've been spreading the word regarding your lack of integrity, and I'm pretty sure that I've already diverted enough washes to Route 6 Pro Wash (another full-service car wash right around the corner from Dolphin) to have paid for the repairs I requested a couple of times over. DOLPHIN CAR WASH II IN OTTAWA IL WILL NOT REPAIR ANY DAMAGE THEY INCUR ON YOUR VEHICLE!! These people damaged the window tint on my car and then denied responsibility. Tint was 5 days old, and the employees at this car wash were the only people who touched my windows since installation. The owner tried convincing me that the damage was there from the installers, which it was not. I would have seen it in the 5 intervening days if it had been there as it is very apparent. I went there. First they locked my keys in the car. Then tried to push it out by the spoiler and dented the trunk. Then tried to pay me off with car washes instead of paying for the damages. Plus they don't clean the brushes in the wash, so they're scratching your clearcoat when you get a wash. Which will cause rust later. Again, DO NOT GO if you like your paintjob!!!
