Tony at Dolphin Auto Repair is one of the rare few in the DC Metro, DMV area that repairs broken, cracked, leaking radiators. Tony took in my radiator on a Friday afternoon and had it done within a few hours. And his charge was very reasonable ... only a fraction of the cost of a new one. In my case, he made significant repairs to a rare/expensive radiator out of my '94 Daihatsu Hijet mini truck. He saved me a ton of money. The owner was great. He was able to conduct a radiator test under pressure. Wasn't able to find anyone else in the area who could. He was knowledgeable and courteous
