First and foremost, this review is not something I would normally write, but I’ve had multiple poor experiences in this office. Dr.King herself is fine, not the greatest bedside manner but it’s not that big of a deal. What I do find to be unprofessional is a system that wastes their patient’s time. Initially I had an appointment with Dr. Dolores King MD yet it was cancelled due to other scheduling issues with the doctor. I saw Michelle Chein, RN, FNP. I was in a lot of pain and didn't know if I could even complete the visit. Vanessa went through the intial medicine and history very patiently and helped me until Ms. Chein came in. I was treated like a Queen. They got me a wheelchair for ambulation and waiting time was minimal. Saw the practitioner that is in this office. She ordered a full spectrum drug test that of course I had to pay for even after I told her that I didn't do drugs other than mj. Still never got to the bottom of the reason I visited in the first place. Was never referred to a gynecologist or any other specialist and i still don't know what is wrong with me and I'm still in pain. Sorry excuse for a doctor's office. I have been going to Dr King office for years and never had any issues. But today I go in for an appointment because my blood pressure had been high. I was 10 minutes late and I was told I could not been seen. The office was not even crowded and I was told i would have to reschedule for Thursday. I took off work and drove from East Fort Worth in rush hour traffic to get to the office. To be a long time patient and to be treated like that was rude and disrespectful by the office staff.
