My scheduled appointment was canceled on short notice by this facility, and I posted a negative review out of haste and frustration , I have since taken down that review , because of the circumstances surrounding the cancellation . My appointment was rescheduled with Dr. Dolores King after my wife intervened and I was very impressed with the entire staff , facility and care that they took in handling my medical problems i was experiencing. I took off from both of my jobs so i could make my scheduled Tuesday October 28, 2025 appointment to go over lab results/tests and do a yearly physical, for them to call me Monday morning the day before to cancel and reschedule , I informed them that I'm off work from 11/9 through 11/15 , no appointments available, only availability is on another day when I would have to take off work...again Pathetic and inconsiderate when it comes to patients and accommodating schedules for both parties . This office staff and providers do NOT care about patients period. After reading notes um clearly Claudia does not listen and uses her own words to cover up for her terrible bedside manner. I will not be returning and I'm done with Texas health period. I knew for a long time but I came here expecting a different result. It is the same. They do not listen nor care about patients. They want a paycheck period.
I have no clue why Drs have us full out paperwork so they can get our medical records from past Drs. Clearly they don't get them or if they do they don't read them. However it's 1 thing to not know in the 1st visit but on 2 visit they should definitely know who I am and about my medical history. I saw NP Claudia Guillen. I told her a couple times on my first visit for one that it was paste time for my colonoscopy and endoscopy. She told me it's not time yet. Excuse me I know what I'm talking about.
