0 stars Dr Kris was very unprofessional with my recent interaction with the Dolores Animal Hospital. My dog was in an intensive amount of pain and I believed that a serious issue was going on, so I called the Dolores Hospital after hours and it states to to call Dr Kris if an emergency exists and lists her cell and her home phone. I called and she said that she couldn’t help me and told me that driving to Albuquerque was my option (definitely false as there are urgent/emergency clinics a lot closer to Dolores). Never have I been treated so badly on the phone. I was hung up on while calling to check on my dog's refill status. I would not recommend this veterinarian clinic to anyone and certainly will not be taking my dog back here again. It's unfortunate, because the doctor is great at what she does!
