Very friendly staff
We had a fantastic stay at Heartsong. We booked the Jr. Family Suite without a balcony. We had all the amenities we needed. We would definitely recommend and stay here again!
We got into our hotel room at 10pm and we left by 7am to go to breakfast. The room was well appointed for the four of us. We enjoyed the space as well as the balcony. I do want to note an incident that happened while we waited for the trolley: waiting to get on the trolley, the bus driver was watching a young mom trying to close her stroller up. The bus driver from bus number 7 said "I can't help you with that. That's a WOman thing." I was shocked. Last I checked, this is 2026 but people still helped each other. By the time ... read more
