Staff was incredibly rude and made checking in difficult. I made all the payments but my mother was the name on the reservation. She arrived a few minutes after me and I was not allowed to check in for her despite us having the same (very rare) last names. This is an amazing place to stay and all staff are helpful with all your needs. It is beautiful and has Dolly memorabilia.
