Went to see Judy for a haircut. I.showed a picture and as usual, she goes to work on it and tells me about her clients, and she seems distraught and overwhelmed. I told her I want my hair long and to just have a trim. I was planning to go to an event the following weekend. She ends up giving me a mullet haircut and I cried so hard. After visiting this hair salon for over 16 years, I have never been so humiliated by the owner Judy. I had a family emergency and miss my appointment. I kept calling business line to rebook an appointment for my son and I. I was not getting any answers or voicemails to leave so I decided to drive down to the salon with my kids.
