Instead of my .02 cents worth I'm adding my 1 stars worth. Nick the owner is one of the most arrogant, narcissistic, emotionally immature people I've ever met. The low reviews speak to his selfish nature. The man is seemingly incapable of being wrong. His driver was 16 minutes late and instead of apologizing he said there was "no issue", because I was going to be there "on time". Well Mr Nick there IS an issue! This company is very unprofessional and inconsiderate..especially when dealing with dialysis patients!
Absolutely terrible. If you can avoid using this company, please do. While "when it was good, it was good" may apply, when it's terrible, it is absolutely terrible especially considering they are transporting (or supposed to be) people that have serious medical issues. There is absolutely no justifiable reason in the universe as to why your driver should be sitting at a gas station for a couple hours when they are supposed to be picking up my very, very sick mother from dialysis. Almost got ran over by one of your drivers who decided to speed through a parking lot. He just stared me down with no remourse 💀
I coordinated with them well in advance for a transport from my home to my eye surgery. While my surgery time was changed several times the medical center, the date was still the same and those changes were coordinated at a minimum 24hours in advance. I called the morning of my pickup just to check to see if they were still tracking my pickup. The lady on the phone said she was attempting to dispatch a ride but her boss hadn't given her approval yet. Time drew short and I wasn't about to lose my appointment so I drove myself... read more
