Can't recommend enough! They have an incredibly safe and welcoming space. Im always nervous getting my hair cut but Hayden alleviated all my fears and gave me the best hair cut of my life :)
I know this was just a haircut but my god .. thank you so much for employing Hayden. The safety of your soul and ability to be quiet and trust in you was nothing I’ve ever experienced before. I had a great experience having my hair cut by Kira today - they were very attentive and intuitive (I felt they asked good guiding questions to clarify exactly what I wanted) and I'm really happy with the outcome and the overall service I received! It's clear that the team are good friends and everyone's on good terms, which adds to the comfort of the overall ambience. This place is frankly astonishing, and not in a good way. The booking system is deeply flawed and unnecessarily burdensome. Appointments must be made online weeks in advance, yet approval can take over a week, with no communication in the meantime. Even more frustrating, appointments are frequently cancelled the night before without any explanation and without offering an alternative stylist or rescheduling option.
