Ash is FANTASTIC! I came in with long length hair, nervous from poor experiences at other salons and walked about with a dynamite wolfcut and confidence! For the first time in YEARS, I feel like myself. Ash not only nailed what I had envisioned, but made me laugh and feel comfortable throughout my entire appointment. 1 star is generous. Grateful to see other customers providing accurate reviews of this place, so I won’t bother repeating mine as it’s for the exact same poor service, arrogance, and elitist attitude. You also have a bunch of stairs to get into your establishment, whilst promoting salon accessibility lol.
