I saw the older gentleman instruct the 2 young workers to use a weaker concentrate than they wanted too for the carpet steam clean and sure enough the carpet came up extremely poorly. They were asked to come back and fix it and the older gentleman blamed the 2 young workers on doing a "bad job".
Do great work,best clean l ever seen
