Plenty of choices and helpful staff.
Post office service disgraceful. Called in simply to post 2nd class parcels. When I questioned the price, I had been charged for 1x 1st class and 1x 2nd class. When asking for it to be changed (before payment) iwas told "I don't have the authority to refund" and "but sure its only 30p difference anyway" I don't expect much service anywhere these days but seriously. Totally unavoidable and I'm afraid I won't be back. This isn't a mistake, questions need to be asked?
