LOVE Dollface!! Everyone is super kind and amazing. Amy (my incredible nail-tech) does a wonderful job, and always takes care of my nails even when my fingers are sad and a nail needs repaired etc. She helps me keep my nails healthy :). Thanks for being super thoughtful and great at what you do!!
Walked in for acrylic removal, was told I could come back in an hour. Came back and was charged $50 for them to not even get the product off (see pictures) and rush me out for the next appointment. I understand sometimes removals take more time than expected, but either finish the removal service or tell me you can’t fit me in. And $50 for a removal and no other services is outrageous, I’ve never seen a salon charge more than $25 and they did not even remove the product completely
I absolutely adore Dollface! The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. With my hectic schedule, I appreciate their flexible hours that fit my work and personal commitments. I regularly get full Brazilian and brow waxing, and the team makes the experience quick and comfortable. The complimentary bubbly and cozy neck wraps are delightful touches! After being a loyal customer for over five years, I’m excited to continue my journey with them. Dollface is truly a gem!
