Jana was amazing!! I came in for eyebrow tinting and she didn’t do it because I had bleached my brows and had a reaction but she didn’t take advantage of my money and still do it because she cared, which I appreciate. She even gave me things to heal my skin irritation for free! She did the brow tinting for my friend who was with me because we were impressed by her bedside manner and did a fantastic job! Definitely coming back
Closed when it says they’re open. Drove all the way for no reason. Also called them multiple times. No one ever responds.
I have come here a few times, but it's hard to reach them. Customer service definitely needs to be better and unfortunately had to look for service else where.
Received waxing services from Olivia and had a great experience! She was efficient, and a self-proclaimed perfectionist, so the results were flawless. I don't live in the area, otherwise I'd be a regular!
Professional, comfortable, knowledgeable, and fun! She’s the only person I let touch my lashes!
