This address is the location of Bengal Smoke Shop . I booked dutchess on StyleSeat and once I had the appointment seen she had no address or phone number listed. I’ve been calling this listed number trying to contact her for a hour. I see no messages or reply’s back on the app. This is crazy and a waste of my time.
I went here for color and style for my locs. This was my first time and she is my new Go To. I found her to be sooo polite , down to earth , professional and knowing exactly what she is doing. Her shop also accomadated me in privacy and it was very clean. Her prices are affordable and leaves room for tips. You will not be disappointed going to Dolled by Dutchess. She works with a satisfying quickness.
