made an order for valentines day sent the money day of talking, not even day of receiving the arrangement, then told itd be one tomes changed times and wasnt even respinded to most that day when asked because it was valentines day and could have just gone to get it myself, than told day after itd be ready and then to be told at 5 the next day after waiting and texting her to see if its ready and just told that id be refunded.
