Went with a mate to buy a car not even a year ago, could only take for a really really short test drive because the tank was empty. Seemed good and sounded good for a v8, once we got upto the free way the issues started. Nothing major just some brake shudder so all good got brakes and rotors replaced due to warping. 1 month later the issues began, pulley on the engine went out followed throttle body died and then a injector died. I rang from the Gold Coast on a Thursday asking to leave a non-refundable deposit on a D-Max so I could fly down to SA. The seller said they don’t take deposits and assured me the car was A1. I flew down, paid for an RAA inspection, which uncovered multiple issues and advised against buying it. I flew home empty-handed — thankfully I got the inspection done. Disappointing experience.
Very bad and overbearing dealer. No patience at all. Only focus the money 💰. Too much pushing. You have to be careful this dishonest man.
