Ms Connie and the other gentleman were very helpful and personable. However, BJ the older Indian gentleman could use a lesson in customer service. He was very rude and discourteous. I wanted to use the remainder of funds off of a card so that I wouldn't lose it. And, he blurted out in line DECLINED. Your card is DECLINED with other customers in line.
