Killian Road Shell 7 Eleven. 7/8 @ 6:15 pm. Road sign advertising 265.9 pump price 271.9. No paper in pump. Clerk was more concerned about cell phone. When telling her about price difference between sign and pump, response was a nonchalant I'll tell my manager. Retrain manager. When price increases, change sign first then pumps. When price decreased, change pump first, then sign. Industry standard.
