Dollar car rental in Buffalo NY was very helpful and friendly.
DON'T RENT FROM THEM.The rental specialist was a double talker who presented me with two different bills on a prepaid rental before I picked up the car. I had to argue with him about the charges and type of car. I had to pay extra for a change from an EV to a gas car. I was able to lower the bill a bit more when the garage attendant heard story. Car was returned on time at the right location filled and they are charging a full week extra, gas charge and extra insurance. Biggest scam for renting.
The waiting time was so long, but the car was excellent!
I rented through the American Automobile Club and the billing was 144.78 over what I was promised. They had interior parts taped up with electrical tape. I will never use this unctuous company ever again.
