The car upon pickup reeked of weed. Definitely the worst smelling rental I’ve driven. These rentals should be purged of such noxious odor for the next user because not everyone enjoys that smell.

Reserved a car a week in advance. After arriving at the counter in the airport we were advised that they had no cars left for rental. After contacting Dollar Car Rental the following morning and on the phone for nearly an hour the car rental contract could not be honored. Calling the Buffalo Niagara Airport location, phone was never answered. Calling the general contact was no help as the left hand didn’t know what the right hand was doing. Eventually a refund was issued but nothing about the entire experience was positive.

Would give zero stars if it was possible. They gave me a car with low air in the back tire. Told the guy at the office and was told it was the only vehicle (smelled like an ashtray and was filthy inside) and was told “oh that’s because it’s cold, the air will go back up ”. Drove it over the border, next day the tire was completely flat. Tried calling and no one would answer. Had to call the tow truck for a spare, during a snow storm. Don’t do it - the car you want will not be available - you’ll get what you get and EVERY car stink of marijuana. Nasty. Never again.

Been waiting over an hour they have no cars, this is ridiculous for a rental car company at an airport…
