Don't rent from Dollar. Their rates might be the Lowest. But you'll wait forever to get a vehicle. I had a reservation. But waited over 1 1/2 hours. Ridiculous
The worst place and the worst attention that we ever had. The guy at the front desk screaming to us like we were trash, rude, uneducated, bad. NEVER AGAIN
Dollar is the absolute worst. We had to wait two hours for our car at the airport in Buffalo. The couple next to us waited longer. I called the 800 number and could not reach a human.
They never had cars to provide to customers who reserved many days back. Agents working at the counter seems exhausted and doesn't care about waiting customers even to a little extent.
4hrs to get a rental that was paid for a month in advance, complete chaos, and I was the lucky one, others were turned away and told to come back 2 days later
