They must have listenend and taken up a step in quality and customer service from every other bad review they receive. AAA booked my car through this place. Picked up my rental on a busy saturday so a long line about 45 minute wait to check in when you combine hertz and dollar into one line. I would not rent from through dollar or hertz at this location. My family recently rented from the Buffalo Airport location and had terrible experience. First, I rented and pre-paid in advance. Upon arrival and after checking in (the wait time was more then fifteen minutes), the Counter informed me that there were no sedans clean or available for rental. Dollar pick up agent was totally in over his heard. I waited 2.5 hours before i was rudely given a paper with a number for a pick up spot for the car without any instructions what level the car was located. RUDE.I hope he gets another job where he doesn't have to talk with people.
Extremely disappointed in my rental experience with Dollar. First of all I had checked in online and chose all of my car type, coverage and mileage options. When I arrived to the counter the employee asked me all of the questions again trying to upsell them. I had also chosen the regular sedan, but he pushed a Tesla on me. I was hesitant and asked twice about the range and charging and he reassured me that the model 3 would cover over 300 miles on 1 charge. Arrived to pick up my car at noon. Told no cars available right now. Take a seat with all the others waiting. What is the point of reserving ahead and paying online. This is ridiculous. At least 10 people waiting to be called for a car. Many coming back up to say they got the wrong car. Never again. It’s not worth the deal. Pay the extra and get a different company.
