Did not get an option to accept or denied insurance. Just noticed the charge on my bill. Upon vehicle return at 9:10 pm, no attendants could be found so had to go the the counter on another floor to complete vehicle return.
I reserved and prepaid for a car with Dollar on Feb 4, but on April 18 when I walked up to their rental counter in the BUF (Buffalo NY) airport at 11pm, they said they had no more cars, despite my reservation and prepayment. I was told to come back to the airport the NEXT DAY at 10am for a resolution. They refused to try and find me a car or remedy my immediate situation. Vehical was filthy and damaged.
Tried to rip me off. Added upgrade and insurance coverage when I declined both at the counter upon pickup. Check your receipt when you drop off your car
