Just rented a car on my last trip, super professional and clean car, very impressed by friendly staff and how cheap the car was. I needed up cancelling a few days and it was no problem at all

Dollar car rentals were efficient and helped us out when we needed to quickly sort out a car due to a flight cancellation. We got great service at the counter, helping us with getting the right car for our needs.

If I could go 0 I would. The counter has a 45 minute wait, when you have a reservation and then they tell you the car won't be ready for another 30 to 45 minutes. Never rent from this place in Buffalo. It is a joke!

I had the worst experience with "zachery". Heavy set full beard about 5'10 light skin. Zachery was rude from the very beginning. When i went to pick up my car he was not very responsive. Mostly one word answers and when i handed him my license paper he gave it back to me and told me to find the number and read it off. I said there is scanning bar code on the sheet and for that he responded repetatively " how am i suppose to scan" with a straight face. Had a really great experience with Dollar at Buffalo Airport (BUF). The staff at the service desk were friendly and efficient, and the guy at drop-off was especially kind and helpful. I booked because they offered a Chrysler Pacifica for $33.37—an amazing deal. The car was perfect for our family trip: clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. Pickup and return were both quick and easy. Would definitely rent from them again.
