The morning crew at pbi take super good care of me when I come each month to return a car and pick up s Another. Aracely's really goes above and beyond the call of duty to help me and take care of anything I may need....I give her a 10 out of 10. Ivan is also a very nice person!
I wish I knew the name of the man who was wonderfully accommodating by helping me merge 2 reservations as one so as to avoid me having to make 2 trips to the airport. He was great as was the Nissan. Unfortunately when my departing flight was cancelled, I had to stay 2 more days and Dollar was said to be out if cars with no one at the airport location so I had to rent another car with Budget.
We were happy with the car we received. We had requested an economy car and when we turned the car on little bugs came crawling out of the vent. We quickly got ourselves and our stuff out of the car and the agent allowed us to pick another car.
0 stars but 1 to be sure it posts. Lied about promotion on website. promotion never posted to account and customer service said "too bad nothing we can do". awful policy
