Worst car rental ever! Lady at desk overcharged me close to 400$. Cheats and Crooks.
Please please find another location to rent from and please read your paper work prior to leaving because the female working the Dollar counter will over charge you. Even when you tell her you don't need additional coverage. And when you call customer service like the other lady said they try and offer you a 1/3 of what they owe you. Ridiculous.

I was late one hour due to Martin Luther King's Commerative Marc road closures. I was charged for whole day rate after renting for four days.

Great car and nice and clean.
Although I appreciate your lower prices and available autos, the convenience factor is low. The wait time is way too long each time I rent with Dollar or Thrifty. Even though the office is shared, the workflow is too slow. The gold standard is National, I just walk up to a car, get in and show my license at the gate.
