Charged me an extra day for a car they had in their possession. Also charged a late return fee!!!
Great customer service. Quick to the car and on the road.
Counter rep was courteous and efficient.
The check in process was smooth. However, I was given the option for several full size options. It should be noted that a Toyota Prius c is NOT a full size vehicle. Its a compact. In addition a 2015 vehicle should come with cruise control.
