I have been charged for 2 recurring orders, August 2024 and November 2024. Neither order has shipped and they will not reply. Their phone number doesn't work either. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
used to be a good product and then it went downhill. orders don't arrive and customer service never responds check out the comments on their website products - lots of people are not receiving orders. save your money !
I really like DLC! They’re customer service is really great and super quick and friendly. I’ve had problems with a few of my orders and they actually reached out to ME personally and we were able to figure out a solution! I wasn’t really into lashes until I stumbled across DLC tbh!! My fave lashes are Scarlet for all my glam girlies out there.
I tried to call and send emails to them. But no reply at all. I ordered from July 2nd and now is july 17th. My order is not shipped yet. I don’t know what happened to them, but I feel like I got scam.
