After an office visit on 12/02/2025 with my client, we requested PT/OT/skilled nursing orders, a walker, a shower chair for a disabled patient. We followed up weekly and received conflicting updates. A DAHS form was submitted 01/18/2026, and at a follow-up appointment 01/20/2026 we again reported the missing requests. On 02/02/2026 I went in person; the doctor refused to see me and sent a nurse to respond. A discontinuation letter dated 02/02/2026 was received 02/09/2026 while essential needs were still unresolved.
I was in need of a new PCP because I have let a couple of years go by without keeping up with my health! With me just recently being diagnosed with prediabetes/diabetes, type 2 I wanted to get my help together and schedule an appointment with a new provider! I have been a patient of Dr Dollar for over 20 years and trust him completely. Just yesterday I got really upset with one of his office staff members she suggested I find another doctor because I cursed. I had an appointment to do blood work and there internet was down, so she canceled my appointment for this reason. So why do they need internet to draw blood?
