This is happening very slowly. I arrived 1 hour before my time but got the door after waiting 4 hours. Then 3 hours of waiting at the door and my trailer is empty - 7 hours of wasted time. I'm giving one star only for overnight parking, BUT INSTALL AT LEAST ONE MANS ROOM THERE!!!
If I could give -10 stars I would. Appt time to deliver was 6:00am, arrived at 5:55am. It’s now 1:51pm & still not unloaded yet. I was polite with security when check in etc & haven’t said a word to any other staff during this process so I have not given them any reason to detain me. Places like this need to remember there are human beings behind the steering wheels of the trucks delivering to them & those human beings need to make money just like everyone else does. We don’t make money sitting still in docks.
this area very bad cuz we checked in 7 am for delivery and they will accept to the load 3 pm there are too lazy peoples
They mess up my trailer with so much trash and held me up for 4 hours. Don’t be in hurry here!!!
