Never Never Never EVER come here. But if you do you better not show up 1 min before your appointment time or they will turn you away. Gate opens at 0700 on the DOT! If you arrive at 0655 they will tell you to come back. About 15 trucks all with same appointment time checking in at the gate at the same time. Security guards are on a power trip and rude as can be. No bathrooms, No parking, no staging area, tight docks, all around horrible experiences. Chalk another one up on the black list. I'm gone!!!

Arrived here to be greeted by this incredibly rude security guard. I arrived at 0630 for my 7 am appointment. I was told to come back at 7. I proceeded to ask questions on if I’m going to be charged for a late fee since I still have to check in at the back. She walks away saying I’m not going to go back and forth with you. On the way out I ask her name she refuses to give it. She talks to the drivers like they are her bratty ass child.

I don't know if it's like this all the time but I had an appointment that was at 7:00 AM. I went to check in at 6:30 AM and was legit told I had to wait until 7 to check in. (Wouldn't that technically mean I'm late?) So I go and do that. I get a door right away and there's somebody in it. I ended up waiting for an hour before I got to back in. Once I was in the door, I didn't leave the consignee till 1 something in the afternoon. I mean, they wanted the product at 7:00. I got up to deliver the product. And they took 6+ hours... read more

Very bad managed. Don't show up to the guard unless 30 minutes early or even right on time. The street that they want you to park on in front of their warehouse is very small, cars will have to treat it as a one lane. They assigned me and another driver the same door, thankfully I got here first so now the other driver is caught waiting for over an hour til I'm done. Checkin process is a hassle. Perfect example of them trying to do everything automated digital but is so bad.

This is one of the worst places I've been to. Checked in at the gate at 9:10 am for a 10am appointment. Told to park on road till 10 and check back in. Went straight to door, unloaded by 10:45, 7 pallets. Waited 2 hours for paperwork. Unbelievable. Don't come here if you can help it
