Do you want to download an app to deliver a load here? No? Too bad, you will be forced to download Freightsmith. and once you download the app you will find out it’s trash and doesn’t work properly, it is full of errors and glitches, so you will have to go in to the building and deal with workers that obviously hate their jobs. Bad experience all around, hope to never come here again. They took 2 hours to unload 2 pallets.

Chaotic unorganized. They have no idea what they’re doing. Guard took my paperwork jumped in her car. Drove off for 20 minutes. Left me sitting at the gate.

Never Never Never EVER come here. But if you do you better not show up 1 min before your appointment time or they will turn you away. Gate opens at 0700 on the DOT! If you arrive at 0655 they will tell you to come back. About 15 trucks all with same appointment time checking in at the gate at the same time. Security guards are on a power trip and rude as can be. No bathrooms, No parking, no staging area, tight docks, all around horrible experiences. Chalk another one up on the black list. I'm gone!!!

Arrived here to be greeted by this incredibly rude security guard. I arrived at 0630 for my 7 am appointment. I was told to come back at 7. I proceeded to ask questions on if I’m going to be charged for a late fee since I still have to check in at the back. She walks away saying I’m not going to go back and forth with you. On the way out I ask her name she refuses to give it. She talks to the drivers like they are her bratty ass child.
