If I can put a 0 rating, I would. You can't even ask anyone about the unloading process. This is ridiculous. 6 hours to unload, it's a shame. Oh, might I add and still counting? And yes I was on time
I have concerns about the state of this establishment, which seems to be poorly managed. The lady's behavior is unprofessional, and her attitude is unwarranted. Fortunately, the guards are very helpful. To prevent disagreements, obtain a receipt for lumper services. The lack of overnight parking and restrooms poses a challenge for drivers. Be advised.
Definitely true about being unable to arrive early. Plan to arrive as close to your appointment time as possible. Not sure where the information about the gate opening at 0700 comes from. I arrived at 0555 for a 0600 and it was already open. Might help expedite things to have the app (FreightSmith) downloaded beforehand. You'll need to "check-in" on the app before they start unloading, and the lumper fee will also be done in app. Get to your assigned dock inside 15 minutes or they'll potentially give it to another driver.
