They’re messed up. 12pm appointment. I showed up @ 11am. Put me in staging for 1.5 hour. Get a Door around 12:37pm. And it’s not 3pm and they haven’t touched my trailer @ all.

There is a security gate to check in at, not too slow but not exactly quick either.
Very slow
45 minutes just to check in at the gate and I was already late 45 minutes for my appointment, and they wanted to turn me around to reschedule but the lady in the office talked to the manager and finally let me in to get unloaded…. If the load is tight with the delivery time don’t take the risk specially when you are crossing Cincinnati traffic
