Staff is very nice but dont come here unless you have time to sit and wait cause thats what you'll do here. You wait to get on dock, you wait while they unload, then wait some more for them to get you your paperwork.
0 ZERO STARS Fast unloading but they jammed in and out of my trailer so hard and rough not cool..... then when I go to shut my door they left a huge mess oil on the floor that you can clearly see the hi-lo just kept running through....very displeased will not deliver here again
Check in was easy for my 9 am appointment. I checked in at 7:45AM was send to staging for 30mins. Got a dock and it took them 1hr 30 mins to unload. The lumper process and waiting is the longest. Was done at 10:15 am unloading didn’t get my papers till noon. Besides that everything was gravy.
Absolutely horrible This place
Follow the directions and you’ll still take ages. Don’t follow the directions and you might be here awhile. Failure to read the long but simple directions could make for a long day for you. For instance, look at this Prime. Didn’t slide his tandems, didn’t disconnect. You think he’ll be gone anytime soon? Might be a long day for this guy. Idk tbh. This place takes hours if everything goes right. Place paperwork into the “IN” box. Don’t go knocking on the door. You just look dumb because you didn’t read. Slide and disconnect.... read more
