Checked in for delivery and was in and out within 2 hrs
I arrived at 1936 and my appointment was the following day at 11am. I checked in at the guard gate, gave her the 837 number required to check in and was allowed to park onsite to wait for a phone call about an available dock. At 0535 in the morning, that phone call came and I was asked to pickup my paperwork and proceed to the assigned dock. At 9am, I received another phone call to retrieve my paperwork. Not so sure what took so long but the process was seamless!
Rude clerks and took forever to get unloaded. And lumpers over charge as always.
Arriving too late for your appointment will have you on the side line watching the trucks go by...they get a 4 because they do have parking to help you cope
