I drive past this location at least twice a day and watched as it was being built. It’s great to have a grocery store close to where I work. I finally got to visit last night and the clerk was the sweetest lady! She was extremely polite and made us feel welcome. I was surprised how much fresh produce, meat and dairy options they had available. The store is very clean in both, the parking lot and inside. I’ve never been a big fan of Dollar General, but DG Market has turned me into a believer!
I have worked retail jobs throughout my life. Once I was working in a grocery store and a tornado ripped half the roof off. While we were open and yes I was working. Did we close? Nope. I spent the rest of my shift mopping, cleaning up and we helped our customers get what they needed. That why we are were there. If we closed they wouldn’t have had groceries . Today I walk up to your store without a drop of rain falling and you are closed because of storms? What kind of excuse is that? Pretty sad.
The manager is so mean! It’s no my fault if they don’t have change for a hundreds but she was so rude with me and she said “don’t understand???!!”
