I love the way they had their food grocery isle on display. Right where when I walk in and view it . I didn't have to go all the way to the right or left of the store. Just right in front of me .

This store is absolutely horrible when it comes to customer service. I encountered an employee I think her name was Heather and she was the rudest person ever. I tried asking her where an item was and she got so rude and angry but allows people to come in the store and steal multiple carpets mind you I let her know they were stealing and she did nothing about it.

So they close at 10:00 the older lady with red hair. Very angry aggressive one at that. would not allow me in at 9:30 because they closed. so I went to the one on 20th by subway very nice ladys and great service there, this store was a mess stuff every where rude employees it’s always like that not just once but the kicking me out at 9:30 is not okay will be contact corp. the lady was Beyond rude. I can’t explain the mannerism she had!!! That store is always dirty and unorganized

Bad customer service! Manager has horrible people skills and she had the nerve to scream at me about getting my transaction fixed! Store needs BETTER MANAGEMENT!

Very rude customer service the staff here sucks the do not greet you, they do not ask if you found everything ok, store always dirty unorganized. Totes always everywhere , staff is hard to find when needed, there all too busy talking instead of working this place needs a whole new team and better management.
