I have been a faithful customer of lux cuts for a long time even back when it was under a another name Erica has always done a great job she knows what haircut I get and she always does a great job !!!!!!!!!!!!

One employee working a Saturday morning at Provo Towne Centre mall. Very disorganized. I walked out into the mall for a couple of minutes due to the long wait while my wife waited inside and the employee told my wife that if I leave don't come back. She walked out in disgust at being treated so rudely. I called the Orem Dollar Cuts and asked for the owner's phone number and was given the wrong number. Dollar Cuts is scraping the bottom of the barrel for employees. I went to Craig's Cuts and the service was outstanding.

constant criticism from Erika. Very unprofessional. She rushed everything and cut my bangs terribly, they are uneven, too short and a straight cut when I asked for a face frame, I asked for just a trim and she went out of her way to make my bangs terrible. I do not recommend ever going there. At check out she was still a snob. I’m normally ok with sarcastic people but she was beyond sarcastic.

All the ladies are super kind and good at what they do! I always go to Gentri for a cut, or a color change. She always makes sure it looks just how I want it and you can tell she knows what she's doing! I highly recommend going to see her!
