I used DC&B at Merimbula twice in the past and was happy with the service. Not now. I rang a month ago and they still haven't even given me a date to come and give a quote or advice on what I need. They won't even consider it until they have 6 other customers in the area to meet on the same day. I am concerned that, if they have 6 clients booked in on the same day, I wont get enough time for a full measure and quote as well as appropriate advice. I am so disappointed. We have plantation shutters on most of our windows and blinds on other windows at our house in merimbula . Pricing,supply and after sales service all excellent and we would be very happy to recommend them ..
