if you need to rent a car from one airport and drop it off at another, absolutely do not use them. Especially if you are booking with credit card reward points. You will not be told this information upon your booking but when you get to the counter to pick up your car, they will attempt to charge you with a $300 intercity fee. I wouldn’t give one star but that’s lowest. Will never use again as customer service prior to trip impossible , once got to airport rep wouldn’t even look at email given to me with charge for additional day. No economy cars available as scheduled so force to upgrade for 300.0 more? Vehicle given was low air pressure significantly all 4 tires and lied to when called emergency service number X2? I’d definitely beware even though price upon booking looks lowest because that’s the reason 🤬
