I wouldn’t give one star but that’s lowest. Will never use again as customer service prior to trip impossible , once got to airport rep wouldn’t even look at email given to me with charge for additional day. No economy cars available as scheduled so force to upgrade for 300.0 more? Vehicle given was low air pressure significantly all 4 tires and lied to when called emergency service number X2? I’d definitely beware even though price upon booking looks lowest because that’s the reason 🤬

Check-in at the counter was smooth — 10/10 for the process itself. The staff were friendly, helpful, and clearly doing the best they can with what they have. The issue is not with the employees, but with management or whoever handles staffing. The wait time was terrible and definitely took away from the experience. With better scheduling and more hires, this location could run much more efficiently.

Been using Dollar Rent A Car at Sanford Airport for many years, and I go back because they are reliable and convenient! If a family member or friend asked me, I would say yes you can rent a car here with no worries!!
