Very quick and easy car rental Nice car as well
DO NOT RENT DOLLAR RENTAL CARS!!! I reserved a compact car over a month prior to my trip. When we landed and went to pick up our car they did not have a car in that class and REQUIRED me to pay more for a next size up car. This is horrible practice! Why should I pay more because you cannot fulfill your and of the contract? I WILL NEVER RENT FROM DOLLAR OR HERTZ AGAIN!!!
Awesome stuff
Quick pickup and drop off. Car was very clean and met our expectations. Dropping one star for the stress involved with calling their hotline number after our flight was delayed three times and we missed our pickup window. Took a handful of calls to finally get to a helpful person and select the right menu options. Ultimately, we had to return the next business day to get our rental car since our flight arrived after 1am.
Are pickup that dollar was swift in friendly? The car was nice and clean. Had a couple of it scratches in dense that we observe before we got in. Took pictures of all sides of the car before. We took it hopefully we don't get blamed for the scratches and the little dings.On it other than that, the car's been awesome.We don't mind that it has dents.In it we just don't want to get charged for it. Thank you. Dollar, rental.
