I moved to Miami in March, and had to rent from this Hertz location for the last 8 months. I'm President's Circle Member, and in all my experiences with Hertz, this location, by far, has the best service ever. The manager, Steve, has saved me on many occasions, even when I mixed up my own bookings, he found me a great car, with best prices last minute. Steve and his team has provided A+++ service for 8 straight months, I have rented about 15 cars from them. Thank you Steve !!
VINIMOS A ESTA SUCURSAL CON LA RESERVA HECHA Y NOS DIJERON QUE NO TENIAN AUTO PARA DARNOS. Gastamos en taxi con valijas hasta aca para que nos digan que nos teniamos que ir. Ya habiendo pagado. UN DESASTRE!!!! Nos arruinaron nuestras vacaciones
NO ALQUILEN ACÁ. Son estafadores. Llegamos 12.45 y Teníamos una reserva. Como cerraban a las 13hs no nos la quisieron tomar y nos echaron del local. Mal trato al cliente. Martin nos trató muy mal y no nos dio ninguna solución
