There are no signs for location to return the rental car. When we asked through the telecom, we were told that we had to return it inside the employee only garage. When we parked and got out, an employee from hertz wearing a Columbian jersey was yelling at us for parking there. I do not recommend this location as a drop off spot. The other workers were kind, but that other gentlemen ruined our experience

Martin was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He made the experience very easy and he was so friendly. Martin and his assistant answered all of our questions and concerns. I would highly recommend this location .
Great customer service. Helped with error in reservation and was super clear explaining T&C's and with my travel to FLL airport.
