I would give zero stars if I could. I rented a car for a trip we were taking, our pick up location was biloxi/gulfport, Ms.When we arrived to pick the car up no one was at the desk. I called the company and was told they were on lunch and to give them 5 minutes. I was also told i could go to the hertz counter for assistance. No one ever showed up at the counter so I went to the hertz counter at the airport. I waited in line for almost 2 hours. I also ended up paying another $150 additional to what I already pre-paid. Do NOT purchase the fuel option. It is not refundable! And they do not fully explain it. It is not the cheapest fuel in town and you’ll quickly learn that once you get 1.5 mile down the road. If you do purchase this option, be sure to return the car with no fuel as you’ll be charged the full tank regardless. The customer service phone line was useless and she didn’t seem to listen to anything I was saying.
