Avoid this dollar rental facility at all costs. Rude representative. Booked rental via Expedia which showed facility having unlimited mileage. Rep would not even look on the phone to see. Just had an attitude the whole time. She needs to find another line of work other than customer service. Also, where can anyone go in FL for under 100miles?!? LOLOL
I made reservations with a confirmation #. When I arrived there was know cars available. MLB airport what an inconvenience never again.

Rented car from Hotwire. Went to dollar at MLB and they said no cars available!? Terrible customer service during whole affair. She said ‘you should know not to book on Hotwire’. Are you kidding me? Why are they on Hotwire? Stay away. Stick with anyone else but them at MLB
