Do not rent from this company. Even after maintaining the quality of the vehicle, ensuring the vehicle was returned clean and full of gas, we were charged an additional fee which was not clearly explained at the time of reservation (online), point of pickup, or time of drop off. We used this rental due to the advertisement of 'unlimited mileage'. We picked up and dropped off the rental at the same location. AMAZING EXPERIENCE! First time in Melbourne, FL., for work and had the greatest customer experience with Kelly, Hertz Manager. Was having difficulties with my company business card and she was kind, patient, and so helpful with distressing things as I worked to get everything resolved!
Avoid this dollar rental facility at all costs. Rude representative. Booked rental via Expedia which showed facility having unlimited mileage. Rep would not even look on the phone to see. Just had an attitude the whole time. She needs to find another line of work other than customer service. Also, where can anyone go in FL for under 100miles?!? LOLOL
I made reservations with a confirmation #. When I arrived there was know cars available. MLB airport what an inconvenience never again.
