One of the worst experiences with a rental company. I was supposed to pay 70$ in fees at the counter, and it was almost $200. Insurance was almost $500 for 5 days. They wouldn't take our digital wallet for the capital 1 card that covers much of that (200$ for CDW coverage). On our 4th day, we got a flat tire. I paid for PREMIUM roadside assistance in that $500. I showed up and was told there were no cars available. There was no warning and nobody answered when I attempted to call and confirm.

This company just stole $900 from us because of a fraudulent charge which instead of giving it back, they took it out twice, this place just drained our account and left us stranded 28 hours from our home, on our honeymoon. Instead of helping us and fixing their mistake they took advantage of us, we got hung up on 3 times by supervisors, this is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with, should have went with enterprise rent a car because I’ve always been treated good there.
